These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website glensparta.com (“Website”) and your request for recruitment / digital staffing services (“Services”).
We provide intermediary and coordination services. We do not act as the employer of candidates or as a direct party to any employment or services contract between you and third parties.
2. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and only for purposes permitted by these Terms. You must not submit false, misleading, or unlawfully obtained information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use to access the Website.
3. Requests, submissions, and no guarantee of outcomes
When you submit a request (including via contact or recruitment forms), you authorize us to process that request to respond and to coordinate possible Services.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we do not guarantee that we will find candidates, obtain results, or achieve any specific business outcome.
4. Distinct roles and third-party relationships
Any employment, contractor, or service relationship is between you and the relevant third party. We are not responsible for wages, benefits, taxes, or performance under such relationships.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, glensparta.com and its employees/contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Website or the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6. Claims and dispute handling

7. Advertising and accuracy

8. Ukrainian language and mandatory disclosure (UA)

9. Consumer protection (distance services)
